| 摘 要： | 基础设施对长期经济增长有重要作用,特别是在全球经济不景气的今天,我国政府把基础设施投资作为拉动经济增长的重要手段,与此同时就出现了怎样提高投资科学性的问题。本文基于陕西省1978—2006年的数据,分析了陕西省基础设施投资现状,测算了不同类型投资对经济发展产生的影响,进而为提高财政资金使用效率提供了建议。
