| 摘 要： | 创造性作为一个整体,对个体和社会都有显著的益处。在最近几十年里,许多的研究已经集中在创造性方面。本文对创造性人格、产品、压力和过程等方面的研究进行回顾,在此基础上从创造性研究的内隐理论、外显理论和趋势分析中对创造性研究的发展趋势进行展望,并对未来持续研究或中断的研究主题进行概述。
