| 摘 要： | 结合辽宁营口沿海经济带石化产业发展现状,从规模经济、市场竞争、环境保护、国家政策四大方面分析了培育营口沿海经济带石化产业集群的原因,提出了培育石化产业集群的措施:培育石化核心企业、依托龙头企业强化石化产业项目、培育营口沿海经济带石化产业链、完善石化产业集群支撑体系等。

| Abstract: | Combined with present development situation of petrochemical industry in Yingkou coastal economic zone,the paper analyzes the reason of cultivating the coastal economic belt of Yingkou petrochemical industry cluster from four aspects of economic scale,market competition,environmental protection,national policy.It puts forward the measures of Petrochemical Industrial Cluster： cultivating core enterprise,relying on the leading petrochemical enterprises to strengthen the cultivation of petrochemical industry project,cultivating Yingkou Coast Economic Zone petrochemical industry chain,and improving the petrochemical industrial cluster support system. |
