| 摘 要： | 随着休闲时代的来临,运动休闲将成为生活方式的重要组成部分,对其研究也将成为体育理论的热点和前沿.中国体育迫切需要接纳运动体闲并探讨其学理,最佳切入点是竞技娱乐化.娱乐展现着体育活动的趣味和魅力,成为开展运动休闲的要素,而具体进行娱乐活动时则需要把游戏精神视为灵魂.重视运动休闲的娱乐要素,通过游戏方式,使运动竞技彻底休闲娱乐化,是奥运后我国体育由专业竞技向职业竞技的华丽转身.
