| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学有利于增加受教育者接受优质教育的机会，有利于引进外国优质教育资源，特别是外籍教师的引入更有利于借鉴国外有益的教学和管理经验，推动我国教学改革和教育管理体制的改革。因此，以人为本，做好中外合作办学机构外籍教师的服务和管理工作是非常必要的。

It is necessary to do the management work well to serve the foreign teachers in order to promote the educational reformation in our schools. |
