| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between Capital structure and corporate governance and the implement foundation of governance effective of Capital structure,and makes an effort to analyze the effect of capital structure and corporation governance from the view of equity financing and debt financing in order to realize the governance effect of capital structure,and to coordinate economic interest of benefit inter-relaters belonged to owner,operator and creditors. |
