制度视角下我国改制企业职工权益问题研究

摘    要:社会制度变迁的动因和动力均源干人们对利益的追求、利益是人类生存和发展的基础和前提.中国国有企业改制是人们为了寻求一种更好地实现个人利益,进而增进社会发展的制度变迁.然而,从现实情况来看,我国职工在企业转制过程中利益受损现象普遍存在,引发了一定的社会矛盾及冲突,如何从制度视角出发研究该问题意义重大.

Abstract:The power of social institutional changes is motive for interest of people.Interest is the basis and condition for human existence.The transformation of the state-owned enterprise in China is a kind of institutional arrangement which finds a better way to realize personal interest and then promote social development.However,seeing from practical situation,the phenomena of interest loss of workers in this process is universal which leads to some social contradictions and conflicts.It is meaningful to study this problem from institutional perspective.
