| 摘 要： | 生态文明建设客观上要求实现人格的生态化整体转型.从心理人格和道德人格的角度来看,人格的生态化意味着这些非生态人格要在由工业文明向生态文明的历史转型过程中获得生态内涵；从法权人格的角度来看,人格的生态化意味着法权人格应该在越来越普遍的意义上成为生态环境的权利主体,且使这个权利主体同时担当起保护生态环境的责任；人格生态化同时包含心理人格、道德人格和法权人格的生态化,是人格的整体的、历史性的转型.

| Abstract: | The construction of the Ecological Civilization entails the ecological transition of personality,which means non-ecological personalities like psychological personality and moral personality acquire ecological connotation in the transition from Industrial Civilization to Ecological Civilization.In terms of legal personality,the ecological transition means it should become the subject of right in an increasingly general sense and assumes the responsibility of protecting ecological environment.In this sense,personality ecologicalization involves the ecological transition of psychological,moral and legal personalities and is an all-round and historical transition of personality. |
