大鼠力竭性运动后心肌和骨骼肌线粒体膜脂质过氧化水平变化

摘    要:本文旨在探讨递增负荷力竭性运动对大鼠心肌和骨骼肌线粒体膜脂质过氧化(LPO)水平的影响。采用三级递增负荷跑台跑运动至力竭为运动模型,分别测定运动后即刻大鼠心肌和骨骼肌线粒体丙二醛(MDA)含量。发现心肌线粒体LPO水平显著性增高(P<0.05);骨骼肌线粒体LPO水平增高,但无显著性(P>0.05)。同时测定心肌和骨骼肌组织MDA,也观察到相同的变化规律。提示,递增负荷力竭性运动对心肌和骨骼肌线粒体膜LPO水平具有不同程度的影响,可能与运动中心肌和骨骼肌不同代谢应激有关;LPO水平增高,将影响线粒体呼吸链氧化磷酸化及ATP生成,可能是运动性疲劳的重要膜分子机制之一。

Abstract:With the three degree incremental exhaustive freadmill exercise,The level of lipoperoxide(LPO,MDA contents) has been examined after the termination of the exercise. The resuts as following: A signifdcant increase with 39.4% of MDA contents of myocardial mitochondrial membranes(P< 0.05), whereas, a 29.5% increase of MDA in mifochondrial membranes of skeletal muscle without signifioance (P>0.05).The results suggest that there are differences in degrees of the effects of incremental exhaustive exercise on LPO of mitochondrial membranes.Thus, it may be responsible for the different damages of mitochondrial membranes in both fiusses.
