张健超长时间游泳运动时营养安排和血液指标变化的研究

摘    要:超长时间持续运动和极限游泳运动由于其运动时间长 ,在运动中必须补充营养 ,通过对张健极限运动的研究 ,结果表明 :超长时间持续运动运动后血指标变化不大 ,表明超长时间持续运动运动强度相对不大 ,且有氧代谢占绝对比例 ,这是超长时间运动的一个特点 ;张健在超长时间持续运动血糖浓度处于正常范围 ,说明营养补充方案具有良好的效果和可行性 ,为科学地制定张健横渡渤海海峡时的营养补充方案奠定了坚实的基础 ,也为极限运动时的营养补充提供借鉴 ;超长时间持续运动的运动强度应控制在使血乳酸在 4mmol/L以下 ,这对发展超长时间运动能力具有积极意义。

Abstract:In ultra-long constant exercises and the limiting swimming because of the long duration of the exercise, nutrition supplement are needed during the course. Through the research on Zhang Jian's limiting swimming the results indicated that after the ultra-long constant exercise, there was no dramatic change of the blood indexes, which showed that the intensity of this sort of exercise was relatively low. The process of energy supply during this exercise was mainly aerobic metabolism, which is the characteristics of ultra-long exercises. During the ultra-long constant swimming Zhang Jian's blood glucose concentration was in normal range, showing that his nutrition supplement scheme was effective and feasible, which has laid a solid foundation for setting up a scientific scheme which Zhang Jian will use when he swims across the Bohai Channel. Moreover, it has provided reference for the nutrition supplement in limiting exercises. During ultra-long constant exercises the blood lactate concentration should be kept below 4mmol/L, which is of significance for improving physical performance in limiting exercises.
