| 摘 要： | 通过对2005年十运会蹦床男女优秀运动员的比赛成绩和录像进行比较分析,认为福建男女选手在动作难度和全套动作高度上相对于兄弟省市具有优势,但要在北京奥运会上夺牌,女子还需要进一步提高动作难度,男子则重点要提高动作的稳定性,在动作质量上男女运动员都要深入领会比赛规则的最新技术动作标准,为备战北京奥运会提供了训练参考建议。 |

| Abstract: | In the paper,authors comparative analysis the evaluation and kinescope of the elite male and female trampolinists through the 10~(th)National Games.The result shows:The difficulty and height of Fujian' elite trampolinists are better than other provinces,but they want to come true the aim of champion in the Beijing Olympic Games,female trampolinists must increase their difficulty and male trampolinists must strengthen stability.Aporehend the skilled movements standard of the new competition rule on the movement quality.Authors' aim is to provide some beneficial advise for coaches and athletes preparing for the Beijing Olympic Games. |
