| 摘 要： | 通过对政府门户网站建设与评价现状的分析,并对3种国外的评测方法与我国的国脉测评进行了比较,提出了5个1级指标、23个2级指标和60个3级指标的三级评价指标体系,指出评价应该突出服务导向的趋势,采用层次分析法、加权平均方法进行定量与定性相结合的评价。

| Abstract: | The construction of government portal website is an important part of e - government construction. Scientific evaluations can enhance efficiency and the result of government portal website, and it is advantageous to enhance the government image. By analyzing the current situation of construction and evaluation of the government portal website, this paper presents a evaluation index system formed by five 1st level index, 23 2nd level index and 60 3rd level index. It also points out that it is necessary to reflect the serviceoriented tendency and use layer analysis method, quantitative and qualitative method to evaluate. |
