| 摘 要： | 按照科学发展观“以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展”的内涵来设计和规划我国竞技体育的未来蓝图,促进我国竞技体育事业健康而迅速发展。时代要求我们准确把握竞技体育的社会定位,努力拓展“享受竞技”的现代观念,不断完善竞技体育的发展环境,大力增强竞技运动员的参赛实力,科学培养竞技体育的从业人才。

| Abstract: | According to the concept of science development,which implies people oriented idea and viewpoint of all-round,coordinated and sustainable development,the future blueprint of our sport will be planned and designed.The main purpose is to promote the development of our sport business in a healthy and rapidly way.To meet the time requirement,it is essential for us to determine precisely the social position of sports,make great efforts for developing the modern concept of sport enjoyment,continually prefect the developing environment,enhance the competition strength of athletes and scientifically train practitioner engaging in sport business. |
