| Abstract: | The coming of information society and development of mass communication have higher requirement for media workers.Hosts,as one member of media workers,play a more and more important role.As the opinion leaderandinformation carrier,they should display their own personalities,perfect their characters,develop with star programs,and promote the prosperity of the whole TV career. |
