高等师范教育专业学生的中小学教师职业认同现状调查

摘    要:良好的职业认同对教师个体专业化发展具有促进作用,是稳定教师队伍、提高教师队伍整体素质的基础。本研究对作为未来教师后备力量的师范教育专业学生的教师认同情况做了调查,结果发现:师范教育专业学生的职业认同情况不容乐观。女生比男生对教师职业更为认同,本科比专科学生对教师职业更为认同。

Abstract:A fine occupational identity is promotive of a teacher's personal professional development,and is a foundation of stabilizing teacher teams and enhancing their comprehensive qualities.Through an investigation on some normal school educational students' identity of teacher as an occupation,this paper finds that those students' occupational identity is not very optimistic.Female students are more identical with the teacher occupation than male students,and undergraduates are more identical with teacher than specialized college students.
