| 摘 要： | 管理思维模式的更新是企业可持续发展的重要维度之一。欧文·拉兹洛和克里斯托弗·拉兹洛提出的“第三代管理思想”较客观地把握了现时代经济社会生活的基本特征,这对于拓展企业管理者的眼界,提升思考复杂管理问题的层面,具有十分现实的指导意义。文章就这一议题展开了讨论,以揭示其深刻内涵,并给出若干对我国企业管理具有借鉴意义的方法论启示。

| Abstract: | The renewal of management thought form is one of the important factors to the sustainable development of enterprises.The third generation management thought proposed by Ervin Laszlo and Christopher Laszlo objectively grasps the essential characteristics of modern economic and social activities,and it is significant to widen the view of enterprise managers and upgrade thought layer of solving complex management problems.The paper analyses the above -mentioned issues in order to reveal its deep connotation,and provides some methodology enlightenments for the enterprises management in China. |
