| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查问卷法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对高校体育教育专业大学生的素质教育与能力培养问题进行调查、分析。研究表明,能力培养是体育教育专业大学生素质教育的关键;教学能力、健身指导能力、组织管理能力和教育能力是大学生能力培养的重要内容,创新能力和科研能力仍是目前人才培养的薄弱环节;高校体育教育专业人才的培养应：明确指导思想,更新教育观念、坚持以素质教育为核心,以能力培养为重点、优化课程结构,促进学生综合能力的发展。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentary,questionare,expert interview and statistic,the author analysied the question of quality-oriented Education and abilities of students of Colleges Universities.The research shows that ability cultivation is the key to the overall education of P.E.majors with teaching ability,fit-keeping advising ability,organizing ability and education ability being the main content.However,the abilities of innovation and scientific researach remain the vulnerable points.Therefore the paper proposes that the cultivating of P.E.majors should follow the principle of updating concept,focusing on ability developing and optimizing the course structure in order to promote the development of the students＇ comprehensive abilities. |
