摘    要:新课程改革明确要求教师“不断对自己的教学行为进行反思”。教师在教学过程中以教师自己的教学理念、学生的学习理念、教学决策和过程、教师在教学中的角色以及课堂语言活动作为反思的主要内容,通过写教学反思、课堂观摩、问卷调查以及教学行动研究的方法改进英语教学,这对于新课程改革的实践和教学目标的实现具有决定性意义。

On the English Reflective Teaching in the Context of the New Curriculum

Abstract:The reform of the New Curriculum has explicit requirements for the teachers "continually reflecting on their teaching behavior. "In the teaching process, the teacher's regard their own teaching philosophy, learning philosophy, teaching decision- making and processes, the role of teachers in teaching as well as classroom language activities as a reflection of the main content. By recording reflective teaching, classroom observation, surveys and teaching action research approach to improve English teaching, which play important role in practicing the new curriculum reform and getting the teaching aims.
