| 摘 要： | 健康教育是高校教育的一部分,它和体育与健康课程是一种从属关系。在高校健康教育实施中,心理健康教育尤为重要。以生命质量为重点的健康教育课程对大学生人生观和价值观的形成具有积极而肯定作用,心理健康教育应成为现代大学生的必修课。

| Abstract: | Health education,as part of higher education,is subordinate to the course of physical education and mental health education is particularly important in the implementation of college health education.Focusing on quality of life,health education courses definitely have positive effects on helping college students to form proper life attitude.And mental health education should be taken as a compulsory course. |
