| 摘 要： | 某市一台运行中的全不锈钢小型汽水两用锅炉,定期检验试压时发现锅筒出现裂纹,为探究其成因,通过进行综合性检验评定,采用高倍电子显微镜对裂纹形貌,特征及晶界进行了分析,从而给产品监检,制造生产部门提供一些有意义的参考意见。

| Abstract: | During a periodical inspection around one city a small-sized stainless steel water-steam dual-purpose boiler in operation was found with cracks on the tube while testing the pressure. For finding a real cause of the crack, comprehensive checks and study were given under high-resolution electronic microscope. With which the article examined and analyzed the crack in form, features and crystal lattice interface. Some views of mine out of it can effectively be offered to the product quality supervising and as reference for manufacturers. |
