| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力转移是人类社会发展的一个必然现象,英国、美国、韩国和日本等都曾出现过农村劳动力向城市和非农产业转移的现象。因此,考察其他国家的农业劳动力转移过程,从中吸取有益的经验和教训,将有助于我国农村劳动力转移的顺利完成,对我国"新农村建设"也具有重要意义。
