| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段高等教育发展的基本矛盾要求变革现有高等教育体制。多数民办高校举步维艰的困境催化了独立学院的产生,我国居民收入的提高及贫富差距的存在推动了独立学院的发展。高等教育大众化的目标促使政府认可了独立学院的办学形式。另外,公办高校自身的发展与利益驱使也助长了独立学院产生与发展。

| Abstract: | The basic contradiction of the development of higher education at the present stage in our country demands to change the higher education system.The predicament that most non-governmental universities facing has catalyzed the production of the independent college,the improvement of the resident income of our country and the existence of gap between rich and poor have promoted the development of independent college.The goal of mass higher education impels the government to approve the education forms of the independent college.In addition,the public college's own development and interests has driven and encouraged the produce and development of the independent college too. |
