| 摘 要： | "现代管理理论"是管理类专业硕士研究生的主干课程,在整个课程体系中占有重要的地位。如何充分利用该课程达到完善研究生知识结构和培养科研能力的双重目的是值得重视的问题。通过对该课程的教学内容和教学方式等改革,在传授相关知识的同时可以提升学生的科研能力。 |

| Abstract: | "Modern management theory" is a major course to those master degree postgraduates who study the management specialty,occupying the important status in the whole course system.We should attach importance to the matter that how to fully utilize this course to achieve the dual objective of improving graduate knowledge structure and training scientific research ability.Through reforming in the content of courses and teaching ways,etc. can promote the students' scientific research ability while teaching relevant knowledge. |
