| 摘 要： | 法律接受是社会主体对法律的主观把握以及结果,立法中对法律价值目标的选择与分配是否公平,法律是否具备了可供一般社会成员接受的基本形式,社会立法中的数量与社会需求之间的契合关系,社会主体有无接受该法律的条件,都决定了法律"潜在的接受势能"的高低,因此,从法律接受的角度来审视立法,必将具有重大的理论与实践意义。

| Abstract: | Law acceptance refers to the result that social subjects understand the law.It concerns whether the law is in the basic form accepted by common social members,whether the quantity of the laws and the social need match each other,and whether the social subjects are competent to accept the law,which decides the degree of the potential possibility accepting the law.Therefore,there is great theoretical and practical significance to see legislation from the angle of law acceptance. |
