| 摘 要： | 高校公共体育课程体系改革要树立现代高校课程体系的理念;加强体育健康课程改革的综合性;注重体育健康课程改革的实践性。课程体系的构建应体现创新性、基础性、实践性、综合性的特色。高校公共体育健康课程的实用性应能够培养学生体育能力,促进学生终身体育观的形成;培养学生运动兴趣及促进运动技能的掌握;促进学生对健康知识、医学常识的掌握。

| Abstract: | Public psychical education curriculum of colleges and universities system reform must set up the modern colleges and universities curriculum system the idea;Strengthens comprehensive nature which the psychical education healthy curriculum reforms;Emphasizes physical training practicality which the healthy curriculum reforms.The curriculum system constructs should the innovation,foundationally,the practicality,the comprehensive characteristic.The Public psychical education curriculum of colleges and universities usability should be able to raise the student sports ability,promotes the student lifelong physical culture view formation;Raises the student movement interest and promotion movement skill grasping;Promotes the student to the healthy knowledge,medicine general knowledge grasping. |
