| 摘 要： | 现阶段许多高校在科研项目实施过程中开展了规范化质量管理工作,但是由于高校根本使命所决定的组织结构及运行方式与企业差别较大,因此需要根据高校自身的客观情况来开展质量管理工作.同时,质量管理工作实施者的具体行为是决定是否取得成效的关键因素之一.以质量管理工作的基本性质、高校质量管理工作的特点、质量管理工作的激励方法、高校质量管理激励特有的客观情况等四个方面作为基础来建立模型,依据结果进行系统分析,得出高校科研项目质量管理工作中与激励相关的主要方面,并提出相应的在实践上可行的激励方法与措施.
