| 摘 要： | 作为经济欠发迭地区的张家口由于人才的缺失，尤其是科技人才的缺失，严重地制约了张家口的经济发展，影响了张家口整体改革进程，影响了张家口的整个区域形象。调查、了解张家口人才的缺失现状，找出原因并提出对策。只有优化张家口的人才生态，才能促进张家口经济生态的改善和提高。
