| 摘 要： | 本文结合我国企业内部控制现状和我国的经济形势,分析了我国企业在经营运作实践中在内部控制制度实施方面存在的问题,从完善公司治理结构、公司内部管理制度及强化会计控制系统角度出发提出了完善企业内部控制的对策.
