| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是中国现代化进程中的重大历史任务。新农村建设对高等教育有着广泛且深刻的需求，高等学校需要努力承担为新农村建设服务的使命。越是重点大学越需要支持新农村发展。各级各类高等学校都应该也可能为新农村建设做出新的贡献。

| Abstract: | To construct a new socialist countryside is an important historical mission in the process of modernization of China. This project asks for the higher education institutes to meet the various and comprehensive needs of different bodies. The more important a college or university is, the more it should contribute to the project. Higher education institutes of different types or levels should try their best to contribute to the construction of new countryside. |
