| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,阐述了青少年心理的整体特征,分析了竞技体育对青少年心理发展的正、负两方面影响,并分别指出社会媒体应对出现的竞技体育现象多做一些科学合理的解释,并强调这种现象只限于此项体育运动,切实担当起通过竞技体育运动对青少年进行心理教育的重要责任;学校应加强对青少年学生体育理论知识的教育;家庭应努力营建良好的家庭体育氛围,并做好示范。
