| 摘 要： | 内蒙古农牧民收入在经历20世纪80年代由快速增长到稳定增长,90年代前期高速增长后,从90年代后期开始出现增幅减缓的趋势。虽然城市居民和农村牧区居民收入都在迅速增长,但城市居民收入的增长快于农村牧区居民,城乡差距也在不断地扩大。缩小差距,提高农牧民收入成为当前的一项紧迫任务。本论文对内蒙古城乡收入差距现状进行了统计分析,检验了经济增长与城乡收入比之间的格兰杰因果关系。通过分析城乡收入差距的原因,提出了建议措施来加快内蒙古农村牧区的经济发展,缩小城乡居民收入差距,促进城乡经济协调发展。

| Abstract: | In Inner Mongolia,the growth of herdsmen’s income became to stable in the 80’s,inceased rapidly in the beginning of the 90’s,and then slow down in the end of the 90’s.Although both of the citizen’s is much higher than herdsmen’s obviously,as a result,the gap between urban and rural has been also expanded.Currently,the most important thing is to improve the herdsmen’s income level and narrow the gap.The paper analyzes statistically the statement of the gap between urban and rural income level,tests the Granger causal relationship between economic growth and residents income.Through the analysis of reasons for urban-rural income gap,the advices and measures that accelerate the economic development of rural and pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia have been proposed,in order to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents and promote the coordinated development of economies. |
