| 摘 要： | 开发成本高、融资困难是中新天津生态城绿色建筑发展的一个巨大阻力,而碳排放权交易可增加绿色建筑开发的收益,本文首先设计了建筑业碳排放权交易制度,进而分析了碳排放权交易背景下的绿色建筑融资机理,以此为基础构建了基于碳排放交易的中新天津生态城的绿色建筑融资模式。

| Abstract: | The high cost of development and financing difficulty hinder the development of green building in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.The carbon emissions trading can increase the income of green building development.On the basis of designing the carbon emissions trading system for the housing industry and analyzing the financing mechanism of green house financing,this paper built a green building financing model based on carbon emissions trading in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. |
