| 摘 要： | 低碳、可持续发展和绿色经济是应对全球气候变化和保护资源环境的根本出路。碳生产率是单位CO2排放的产出,用以反映地区低碳竞争力状况。本文采用2008-2010年数据,从产业层面对陕西省近年来碳生产率进行测算,并从产业结构、能源结构、技术水平和政策制度角度对陕西低碳竞争力进行评析,提出提升途径。

| Abstract: | Low carbon,sustainable development and green economy are the fundamental approaches to response global climate change and protection of resources and environment.Carbon productivity is the GDP per CO2 emission,which reflects low carbon competitiveness.The paper adopts data from 2008 to 2010 to calculate Shaanxi carbon productivity in recent years from the industry level.From the perspective of industrial structure,energy structure,technology and polices and systems,the paper analyzes the low carbon competitiveness in Shaanxi Province and proposes promote measures. |
