摘    要:当前我国经济管理类人才培养模式与市场需求严重不相适应,国外一流商学院本科教育的实践已经积累了丰富的经验,培养出许多优秀人才。本文通过对加拿大西安大略大学Ivey商学院的个案研究,从培养目标、学生招收政策、课程体系和课程考核、教学模式、教师和课程的评价体系、教学管理和服务体系几个方面探讨了Ivey商学院本科人才培养模式,并从中引申出几点启示,从而为我国经管类本科人才培养模式的改革提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Current cultivation mode for the economic management talents can not suit market demand.Undergraduate education in the first-class business school in foreign countries has accumulated rich experiences and many excellent talents are cultivated.Based on the case study on Ivey Business School of the University of Western Ontario in Canada,the paper explores the undergraduate cultivation mode in Ivey Business School from the perspective of cultivation goal,students recruit policy,course system and assessment,teaching mode,teachers and curriculum evaluation system,teaching management and service system,and tries to extend some enlightenments so as to provide certain references for the reform of economic management talents cultivation mode.
