| 摘 要： | 学生会组织文化对学生会管理是十分必要的，组织文化是现代学生会高效管理的组成部分。高校学生会组织文化包括物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个方面，应信守共同理念，突出各自特色，淡化学生会各部门界限，强化学生会共同目标，加强团队学习，构建学习型学生会，建立学生会成长知识库，实现学生会知识技能共享与创新，只有这样才能构建起先进的高校学生会组织文化。

| Abstract: | The organizational culture for university student union is very necessary for the management of student union, organizational culture is the important content of the modern student union management. Organizational culture for university student union includes three as- pects： material culture, system culture and spiritual culture, should abide the common idea, highlight their own characteristics, alleviating student union department boundaries, strengthening student union common goals, strengthening team learning, constructing learning student union, establishing student union growing knowledge base, realizing the sharing and innovation of the student union knowledge and skill, is the only way to construct advanced organizational culture of college. |
