| 摘 要： | 本文基于事物本源的哲学理念,从企业管理模式历史起源的角度,从新经济现实环境角度,从自然演化规律的角度研究了企业管理模式的演进趋势。研究结果表明,企业的管理模式的形成有其历史原因,现实环境。在新经济环境下,企业的管理模式演进有朝利益相关者管理模式靠近的趋势。
