| 摘 要： | 随着普通高校招生规模的不断扩大,高校毕业生就业难已成社会热点问题,怎样拓宽毕业生就业渠道是当前就业工作的当务之急。各高校要细化目标、强化责任、广开思路、拓宽门路,采用多种方式方法,帮助毕业生就业。同时,毕业生个人要正确认识形势,转变就业观念,克服理想主义,勇于吃苦,先就业后择业;要抢抓机遇,自主创业;更重要的是要全面提高自身素质,才能在就业市场激烈的竞争中应对自如。

| Abstract: | Along with the constant enlargement of college enrollment,the difficult employment of college graduates has become a hot social problem,and how to widen the employment channel has become a pressing matter of the moment the current employment work.Colleges and universities should refine target,aggrandizement responsibility,wide open train of thought,widen knack,using a variety of methods,to help the graduates＇ employment.At the same time,graduates must have a correct understanding of the situation,idea of change obtain employment,overcome the idealism,the courage to endure hardship,first job after job choice;to grab seize opportunity,do pioneering work independently;the more important thing is to improve their overall quality,in the fierce competition in the job market answer freely. |
