| 摘 要： | 教育实习在学前教育专业学生的成长中具有重要的地位。但学前教育专业学生的教育实〉-j存在诸多问题。本文采用比较分析法、访谈法等研究方法．通过分析关于宁夏学前教育专业学生实习的现状．发现学前专业学生实习过程中存在实习时间短．实习目标难以达到．实习基地未完全发挥作用，实习效果不理想，指导教师指导不力，实习内容、形式单一．实习生教学经验与技能匮乏．导致理论与实践脱节等方面的问题．针对这些问题提出确定合理的实习时间．充分发挥实习基地的作用．丰富教育实习的内容及形式．提倡顶岗实习．规范实习管理．做好实习准备工作，以丰富教师的实践性知识等建议。

| Abstract: | Practice teaching plays an important role in the dev- elopment of students of pre-school education major,but there exist a lot of problems in their practice teaching.This paper adopts comparative analysis and interview to investigate on the problems existing in practice teaching.In view of this,this paper proposes some practical suggestions on how to enrich teachers＇ practical knowledge. |
