| 摘 要： | 引导和鼓励高校毕业生面向基层就业已成为现阶段高校就业工作的重中之重。地方本科院校作为地方建设发展所需人才的培养和输送阵地，积极引导其毕业生面向基层就业具有重大的现实意义；地方本科院校应加强政策宣传，在人才培养方案方式和基层社会实践活动开展等方面做好教育和培养工作，为毕业生顺利到基层就业架通桥梁。

| Abstract: | At present, the most important task in the period of employment is guiding and encouraging the university graduates to work at the grass-roots level. As the human resource training and transporting bases, guiding their graduates to work at the grass-roots units is of great significance to local colleges. Local colleges should pay a grate attention to the policy advocacy, talents education program and social practices to help the graduates to obtain the grass-roots employment. |
