| 摘 要： | 虚拟财产是网络游戏产业迅猛发展的产物,当前关于网络游戏虚拟财产的纠纷不断出现.由于我国现行法律在此方面存在着法律空白,关于网络虚拟财产的法律定位以及应不应该给其以法律上的保护,在学界存在着争论.分析了对虚拟财产进行法律保护的途径,认为我国应该尽快对网络虚拟财产进行有效的法律保护.

| Abstract: | The virtual property is the product of the industry of on-line games which is developing rapidly.The issues of the virtual property have been emerging.Because of the lack of law in this respect,the problems that how to position network virtual property legally and whether we should protect it have caused disputes in academic circles.This article analyses the ways to protect virtual property from two angles(civil law and criminal law).Now,the new law about virtual property should be created as soon as possible. |
