| 摘 要： | 信息系统的质量是信息系统设计与开发中要解决的最为关键的问题，也是信息系统研究一个较前沿的课题。本文提出了一种基于PDCA的信息系统全面质量管理模型，分析了模型中的质量控制参数，并讨论了实施该模型的详细步骤和工具。
