| 摘 要： | 随着全球信息化、企业信息化浪潮的不断深入，企业已经逐渐意识到，自身的生存和发展与企业信息系统的发展密切相关。本文总结了企业信息系统的发展历程，介绍了新一代企业信息系统以及企业资源计划系统(ERP)，指出知识与管理系统(KRM)是未来企业信息系统的发展方向。
