| 摘 要： | 师范院校加强人文教育的主要途径有：在课堂教学中渗透人文教育，以提高学生的人文素质，培养学生的人文精神；在校园文化活动和社会实践中营造人文氛围，以培养学生的创新意识和务实精神；在扶贫助学中倾注人文关怀，加强励志教育以培养学生的责任意识。加强诚信教育以培养学生的感恩意识；加强辅导员队伍建设，提高辅导员自身素质，以发挥其在人文教育中的主导作用．
