建构主义学生观对大学英语教学的启示

摘    要:建构主义理论是20世纪末出现的一个崭新的认知主义理论方向,是西方教育心理学的最新教学理论,它在知识观、学生观和教师观方面等明显不同于以往的学习理论。建构主义强调以学生为中心,强调学生对知识的主动探索、主动发现和对所学知识意义的主动建构。本文通过对建构主义理论学生观的探讨,并结合笔者自己的教学实践,希望进一步探讨此理论,并用此理论指导教学实践,提高英语课堂教学水平。

Inspiration of Constructivism View of Students towards College English Teaching
Abstract:Construcfivism theory, which appears in the late 20th century, is a new trend of cognitive theory and the newest teaching theory of western education psychology. Constructivism is totally different from the traditional teaching theories in view of knowledge, students and teachers. The center of constructivism is learner-centered, which emphasizes students' self-exploration, spontaneous discovery and meaning construction about the learning knowledge. Combining with my own English teaching practice, this paper gives a further discussion about the constructivists' view about students in order to improve the standard of English teaching.
