| 摘 要： | 以问卷调查的方式探索了潜在企业家创业机会开发的影响因素,潜在企业家创业机会开发的影响因素包括感知机会理想性、感知机会可行性、感知机会社会规范、创业意图和创业自我效能。本研究的学术贡献是提出并验证了扩展后的计划行为理论,并为潜在企业家、创业教育者和政府政策提供有益的实践借鉴。

| Abstract: | The research explored the factors that influence the entrepreneurial opportunity development in the potential entrepreneurs,and concluded the factors that influence the entrepreneurial opportunity development in the potential entrepreneurs are the perceived desirability of the opportunity,the perceived feasiblity of the opportunity,the perceived social norms of the opportunity,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.The research advanced and vertified the extended planned behavior and provide assistance to the potential entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial educators and government policy. |
