| 摘 要： | 本文从四个方面讨论了1895至1945年间俄国(苏联)对中国东北的资本输出问题,即资本输出的历史背景和原因、资本输出的主要机构(俄资银行)、资本输出的媒介物(卢布)以及中国东北民族金融资本同外来金融资本的矛盾关系。这个问题与外国垄断资本对中国东北的争夺以及近代中国东北地区的殖民地化密切相关。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the issue on the export of Russia and Soviet Union's financial capital into the Northeastern China from 1895 to 1945. These four aspects are discussed: Historic backgrounds and reasons for the financial capital exports, Russia financed banks as the organizations of capital exports, rouble as the medium means for capital exports, and the contradiction between local national financial capital and foreign financial capitals. This issue is closely related to the colonization of the Northeastern China and competition for interests in the Northeastern China between foreign Powers with monopolized capitals in the modern time. |
