| 摘 要： | 通过文献分析和实证研究等方法分析相对年龄对青少年儿童足球运动员选材制度产生的负面影响,并从当前训练和竞赛的分组入选制度方面进行研究.研究认为,改革基于日历年龄的分组入选制度、采用基于生物年龄的分组入选制度、采用多重标准的分组入选制度,可提高青少年儿童足球运动员选材的成功率.
