| 摘 要： | 机床故障很大部分是由线路故障造成的,并不是因为元件损坏导致。要排除由线路引起的故障,首先要对机床设备包括线路进行全面的调查,学习和了解常见故障排除的方法,再根据初步的诊断和机床电气控制线路的特点采取适当的、有效的排除方法,并且排除故障的过程一定要安全、规范地进行,以保证人身及设备的安全。

| Abstract: | Machine tool faults are mostly caused by circuit faults,not by components’ faults.To investigate the Faults caused by circuit,machine tool with circuits should be totally investigated,after studying the method of investigating common faults,according basic diagnosis and machine tool circuit’s characteristic,using suitable and useful investigating way.During the investigating process,we must follow safe specification to Guarantee human and machine tool’s safe. |
