| 摘 要： | 公共关系对高校图书馆形象的建设具有非常重要的作用,然而没有受到足够的重视。高校图书馆有必要借由公共关系策略的运用与高明的公共关系技巧,通过沟通协调公众与馆员关系、开展公关活动和危机公关等,来塑造自身良好的形象,促进自身发展。
