摘    要:近年来,心理契约的研究成为组织行为学研究的焦点,吸引了众多学者的理论探讨与实证研究。本文先对心理契约的概念、维度进行介绍,然后探讨科研团队中创新行为的影响因素,并阐述了科研团队中不同类型的心理契约对创新行为的影响作用。

Abstract:In recent years, the study of the psychological contract has become the focus of the organizational behavior research, and has attracted many scholars’ theoretical exploration and empirical study. This paper firstly introduces the concept and dimensions of the psychological contract, and then explores the influential factors of the research team innovation behavior, and finally elaborates the effect of different types of psychological contract on the innovation behavior in the research team.
